I was thinking the other day that making a website with all the available tools to help anyone struggling with weight loss would be extremely rewarding for me. I was a novice most of my life when it came to fitness and health. Although I am not very computer savvy I think I can make this work. My plan is to have a section for recommendations on nutritional supplements, books, my personal recipes, workout routines and of course my blog. It is still a work in progress check it out tell me what you think about it so far its about 50% complete. Since I can’t post links your going to have to copy and paste.
